Who Am I?
Born and raised in the most liveable city, I am a proud Melburnian and Victorian. Being a third generation accountant I was always destined to have a role in the accounting firm established by my grandfather and carried on by my father. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University, am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and have over 38 years experience in professional practice.
What Do I Do At Charman Partners?
At the end of June 2024, I stepped down from my role as a Director of the practice. After a 45 year accounting career, I am now transitioning into retirement and consult one day a week. I provide advice in the areas of Taxation, Audit, SMSF’s, succession planning, business planning and strategy. I am a Registered Company Auditor and Registered Tax Agent. My focus has always been on providing clients with the best advice possible in a timely manner. I am extremely proud of the team we have here at Charman Partners and continue to play a role in nurturing and mentoring their development.
Outside Of The Office
With two adult daughters and two grandchildren a lot of time is spent on the beach at Dromana. A day out in the boat, fishing or exploring Port Phillip is always a good one.
