The State Revenue Office has now opened up applications for 2021 Land Tax reductions of 25% and deferrals for certain landlords and owner-occupiers.

In general, if you are a landlord who has provided rent relief between the 28th July 2021 and 15th January 2022, and are either a single or multiple-commercial tenant landlord, or an owner-occupier who might have been eligible for rent relief (30% reduction in turnover measured aganist certain test and comparative periods), you may be able to apply.
